Every few weeks, always on a weekend day, pet owners bundle up their cats or dogs into their motorcycles and meet at a cafe, park or someone’s house to share time together with their favourite pets.
There is not much protected public parks or space to enjoy your dog in Saigon or Hanoi. And it is generally wiser to stay away from big city downtown parks due to the threat of dog-knapping. So, many dog owners select secluded parks or private spaces and bring their dogs together for a public meeting of all pack members!
